I. By using theNutSac.com you agree that you have read and accept the terms and conditions as outlined on this 

site.  the Nut Sac reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. 

A. Intellectual Property - All material and services on this website are protected by copyright, patent, 
trademark or any other intellectual property law.  Any unauthorized use of these such materials may be a violation 
of law or terms of service.

B. Trademarks - Any logos, trademarks, or service marks displayed on the site are property of the Nut Sac 
or other third parties.  You are not allowed to use these marks without written consent from the Nut Sac or third 
party that own the marks.

II. As a member you must agree (by clicking on the accept terms button during registration) to the terms and conditions on 
this site.  By agreeing to the terms and conditions you also verify that you are:

A. At least 13 years of age when completing your purchase.

B. You are fully capable of entering into this agreement of terms and conditions with theNutSac.com

C. All information provided to theNutSac.com is truthful and accurate. 

D. You agree to pay in full for any purchase that you make via Paypal and/or your credit/debit card.

E. You may only create one account per person, creating multiple accounts for any purpose will result in termination of your account, if you can't access your account please contact us.

III. If any content submitted in reviews is deemed inappropriate by an administrator of theNutSac.com, then that submission 
can be removed and will result in forfeiture of membership with theNutSac.com.

IV. Allergens, choking and strangulation hazards

A. The owners and operators will not be held liable for any property and personal damages resulting from an allergic reaction from the consumption of a food substance sold by theNutSac.com. Bear in mind that anyone can be allergic to peanuts. Sometimes even adults are unaware that they are allergic. It is highly recommended that a child does not consume nuts of any kind until they reach the age of 3 years.

B. The owners and operators will not be held liable for any property and personal damages resulting from choking on any food substances and/or packaging that are sold on theNutSac.com. It is highly recommended that a child does not consume nuts of any kind until they reach the age of 3 years.  Our Nut Sac and Protein Sac products contain a small poly plastic bag to preserve product freshness which poses a choking hazard, and all of our Nut Sacs are crafted from burlap which can easily fray posing a potential choking hazard. Please keep Nut Sacs out of the reach of children. 

C.  The owners and operators will not be held liable for any property and personal damages resulting from strangulation from any product sold on theNutSac.com. Please keep Nut Sacs out of the reach of children. Our products consist of burlap which can easily fray, and a drawstring that can pose a strangulation hazard for children.

V. Member Policy
You agree not to use theNutSac.com in order to:

A. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, threatening, 
abusive,  harmful, harassing, tortuous, bullying, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, libelous, invasive of another person’s privacy, 
hateful, or ethnically, racially, or otherwise objectionable; and any other usage theNutSac.com finds 
inappropriate and as updated in these terms and conditions.
 
B. Claiming any other identity other than your own or misrepresenting any other party or official could result in 
appropriate lawful action.  For example: misrepresenting as a theNutSac.com administrator or support member.  

C. Submit any content that is not your own work without the author's permission.

D.  Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes upon any patent, 
trade secret, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.

E. Post any content that includes unsolicited advertising.

F. Submit viruses or any other disruptive material to theNutSac.com or any of its users.

G. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

H. Collect information about theNutSac.com members to use for personal gain.
 

VI. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by the Nut Sac from its offices in the United States of America. We 
make no representations that the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or 
use the Site from other international jurisdictions do so at their own will and are responsible for compliance with local 
law. By accessing this Site, you and the Nut Sac agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this 
Site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to the conflicts of laws 
principles thereof. You and the Nut Sac also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue 
of the Courts within the State of Georgia with respect to such matters.
